- Plan and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Develop a content calendar aligned with Centre events and campaigns
- Monitor analytics and engagement to improve performance
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Promote upcoming events, classes, and community initiatives
- Collaborate with videographers and photographers for media content
- Design graphics and promotional materials using simple tools.
Event Planner
- Plan and oversee community events from inception to execution
- Book venues, manage logistics, and create event schedules
- Coordinate with volunteers and department heads
- Arrange necessary materials, decorations, and food if required
- Ensure events follow safety and compliance guidelines
- Promote events via flyers, posters, and online platforms
- Prepare post-event reports and gather feedback
- Ensure events reflect Islamic values and community needs
Youth Leader (Ages 11–18)
- Design weekly youth sessions that are fun and educational
- Mentor and support youth through active engagement
- Organize sports, games, Islamic reminders, and discussion groups
- Maintain discipline and safety during youth events
- Act as a positive role model and build trust with participants
- Collaborate with parents and youth volunteers
- Manage attendance and communication with guardians
- Offer spiritual guidance and practical life skills sessions
Matrimonial Coordinator
- Receive and manage matrimonial application submissions
- Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in all interactions
- Organize halal matrimonial meet-ups or events
- Communicate with applicants to understand their preferences
- Provide basic Islamic advice or refer to a scholar when needed
- Match suitable profiles and arrange respectful introductions

- Plan and manage logistics for offsite events (e.g., trips, camps)

- Ensure Islamic guidelines are followed throughout
- Communicate trip details clearly to parents or participants
- Handle emergencies and ensure first-aid availability
(Male) - Jummah Salah Manager
- Oversee set-up and clean-up of the prayer area before and after Jummah
- Organise volunteers for crowd control and shoe rack management
- Ensure microphone and sound system is functioning
- Coordinate with the imam and khateeb regarding the khutbah
- Manage queues and entry/exit flow during peak times
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment
- Distribute khutbah summaries or announcements if applicable
- Handle lost items or issues arising during the Salah
Volunteer Manager
- Recruit volunteers for various events and activities
- Provide training and orientation sessions for new volunteers

- Coordinate speakers, facilitators, or activity leads
- Promote events through various channels
- Encourage networking and peer support
- Ensure activities are inclusive and welcoming

Revert Manager
- Welcome and support new Muslims with warmth and care
- Pair reverts with mentors or buddies from the community
- Organise regular classes on basic Islam and fiqh
- Check in regularly to offer emotional support
- Involve reverts in community events and activities
- Address common challenges like isolation or family tension
- Provide access to printed or digital learning resources
60+ Manager (Retired and Elderly People)
- Plan gatherings, tea socials, or gentle fitness/wellbeing sessions
- Coordinate talks, reminders, or discussions relevant to seniors

- Arrange transport support or accessibility accommodations
- Offer support with navigating tech or online Centre services

Videographer
- Film events, lectures, and activities hosted by the Centre
- Edit raw footage into engaging highlight reels or full-length videos
- Ensure video quality is clear, steady, and professional
- Capture testimonials, interviews, or voiceovers when required
- Work closely with the social media and event teams
- Respect privacy and Islamic guidelines while filming
- Organise and label digital files for easy access
Event Day Helper
- Assist with setting up event venues (chairs, tables, signage, etc.)
- Welcome guests and help with registration or directions
- Support speakers, coordinators, or performers on the day
- Hand out materials, refreshments, or feedback forms
- Help maintain cleanliness and organisation during the event
- Provide crowd control or ushering assistance as needed
- Assist with post-event clean-up and pack-down
Event Babysitter
- Supervise children during events in a safe and engaging environment
- Organise age-appropriate activities, games, and snacks

- Coordinate with the event team on timing and flow
- Ensure performance aligns with the theme and audience
- Maintain humility and sincerity in delivery
- Dress appropriately and uphold stage etiquette
- Be available for rehearsals if required before the event and do rehearsals for better representations
